We work by:

Supporting, listening and helping you:

  • explore and understand experiences
  • find new resources and coping skills
  • set positive goals that are achievable
  • learn to relate to others in a more positive and helpful way
  • work through the changes in your life

At times we like to involve other family members.

We find that although one particular person may have a problem, often the best help is for the whole family to come to Counselling, as other family members are usually concerned and willing to help

All affiliated Counsellors are required to receive external clinical supervision as well as attending regular or case management supervision with the Team.

All Counsellors are committed to their own personal development and training to deepen their understanding and be more accountable in their work with you and your family.
