    FAQ

What if I don’t know what service is suitable for me?

Send us a general enquiry—our team will discuss your situation and guide you to the most suitable services or therapies.

I can’t afford to pay, what are my options?

We believe financial barriers shouldn’t stop anyone from accessing support. Some services are fully funded, and others may qualify for subsidised support. Our Service Coordinators can help determine eligibility or assist you with WINZ applications.

    Are your staff registered professionals?

Yes. All staff offering Counselling or Social Work services are registered with professional bodies:

    • Counsellors are members or applicants of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors.
    • Social Workers are registered with the Social Workers Registration Board.
    • Kidz Social Services is a member of the Aotearoa New Zealand Association of Supervised Contact Services.
